Control Box
All High Speed Doors are equipped with a programmable control station which includes a breaker switch, power supply, relay – timer, various input connections for the radar and photo cell sensor(s) and a programmable Delta variable frequency drive as shown in the above picture. Additional inputs are also available for remote controls, pull cords and additional sensing devices.
The programmable Delta frequency drive allows for speed adjustments as required by the customer. With the Door Euro-Drive Sew Motor a top speed of 60″ per second is available and usually more than adequate for many warehousing and clean room applications.

High Cycle Motor

High Speed Door Curtain
The Opaque High Speed Door Curtain panels are fabricated from a 2 mm thick vinyl coated nylon reinforced material and come in blue, white and orange. The clear vision windows are made from UV outdoor rated 40 mil vinyl. Panels are interchangeable and slide into the aluminium ribs as shown in the curtain door below. Additional curtain panels can be purchased if required and replaced in minutes…Other non standard curtain panel materials are also available such as mesh materials and other thicker insulating materials….
Door Track
High Speed Curtain door track is made from 5″ X 6 ” box track ( stainless or aluminium ) complete with black gasketing material to prevent gaps in and around the track channel. The 6″ deep channel in the track allows the curtain to extend within the track with ample overlap providing for an effective seal. The curtain tracks unique profile also exhibits an internal chamber which allows for cable insertion down the door ( hiding all electrical cables ) keeping wires safe, hidden and tucked away.
Stainless Steel Door Cover
All doors come complete with a stainless steel cover ( 304 grade stainless ). The stainless steel provides for protection from the elements in outdoor applications and prevents any material or substance to go up and over the door. This added protection ensure the curtain is also free of any debris which may fall or lay on top of the roll curtain interfering with its operation. The curtain roll cover can be taken off by simply undoing 6 screws.
Door Brackets
All High Speed Door Brackets are of galvanized steel material and attach to the curtain with large pillow block bearings. Brackets exhibit 1/4″ thick material and connect to the door tracks with 4 heavy duty 1/2″ bolts as shown on the bottom left of the picture. Brackets also exhibit slotted elongated holes for attachment to walls or the header above the opening. All high speed doors are wall or face mount.
